Here's how the subscriptions work:
1. You send me this form by email.
2. An invoice is sent to you, by email, with payment instructions. You may pay by check, call me with a credit card, or pay online with PayPal. You choose this upon receipt of the invoice.
3. You pay the invoice by your preferred method OR call me and we'll set up a recurring charge to your credit card.
4. I send your reeds within 2-3 business days of receipt of payment.

- If you sign up for a subscription but don't pay your invoice 2 months in a row, you'll be dropped off of the subscription list.
