Payment and Shipment information


I accept PayPal, check or money order, or credit card by phone or fax. I have new shopping cart software that hopefully makes everything easy! No matter how you plan on paying, add your desired items to your cart, and then at checkout, select your method of payment, which now includes credit card via phone AND check via mail. All orders shipped to a Tennessee address are subject to a 9.25% sales tax.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

I offer free shipping through the US Postal Service’s International First-Class Mail. Please be aware there is NO TRACKING INFORMATION available with this shipping method. I offer Priority International shipping for an additional $25. I’ll use either UPS Standard or the USPS Global Priority Mail service, whichever is cheaper; both of these methods offer tracking. I complete all customs forms in accordance with regulations. No, I will not mark your package as a gift so you can avoid paying duty.

RETURN POLICY

If you don’t like a reed, or if it cracks, or if it leaks, or if it’s flat/sharp/dark/bright/hard/soft, you are welcome to return it. I will replace it, attempt to fix it, or issue a refund. Please let me know of any problems within ONE WEEK OF RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER. I use delivery confirmation. I know when it gets to you. Then return your reeds as soon as you can after that. I try to process requests for adjustment and replacement reeds as soon as possible. Refunds are processed on the same day that I receive your undesirables.
