My business and personal phone lines are the same. So when you call, you're just calling me - no answering service or automated phone system here! I answer the phone between about 10am and 6pm (US Mountain time zone), unless I'm at a rehearsal, teaching a student, or just can't get to the phone. If I don't answer, please do leave a voicemail message on either line. Your call will be returned as soon as possible.
Now for added convenience, you may give me your credit card information while we're on the phone, in case you'd like to place an order after we've talked about your reed preferences. So now I don't have to refer you to the website, which saves you time!
